Our founder and director brings over 35 years of experience as a business and corporate lawyer. Now retired from law, he offers deep expertise in entrepreneurial ventures, start-ups, and exit strategies—having seen and managed every facet of the business lifecycle.
Collectively, the Peteler Advisors team brings over 45 years of combined experience advising businesses at all stages—from launch and growth to successful exits. We all want to make the world a better place.
I spent over 30 years as a venture capital, corporate finance, and M&A lawyer, helping clients grow from the startup stage, through the growth stage, and to successful exits. Through that career, I developed the experience, skills and expertise needed to help a broad range of businesses and industries grow and become successful.
Having ceased the practice of law, I am excited to use my skills, expertise and pragmatic approach in business consulting to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses and make an impact.

Steven is the Managing Partner of 783 Capital Partners, LLC. He was the founding CFO of EcoMedia and played a pivotal role in its growth and acquisition by CBS Corporation.

With nearly 20 years of experience in administrative leadership, Kathryn brings exceptional organizational insight, operational efficiency, and team management to Peteler Advisors.
Known for streamlining internal processes and fostering a culture of collaboration, Kathryn ensures that the firm’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and effectively.
She plays a critical role in overseeing administrative functions, compliance, and internal systems, supporting the strategic vision and long-term success of the organization.
